Taken from practice for use in practice. The company’s extensive experience with the “dry ice” product and its properties has led to enotech GmbH working in the plant engineering sector. We already developed fully automatic dry ice presses back in 2005. These are hydraulically operated systems for the compression of carbon dioxide snow. They were developed for the production of dry ice blocks, slices and pellets. Ever increasing energy and transportation costs mean that in-house dry ice production brings you economic advantages in many cases.

The combination of this core competence in the “dry ice” field with our expertise in the “tyre mould cleaning” sector – logically – led to the development of dry ice cleaning robots. Based on the cleaning problems faced by our customers, a highly mobile cleaning head was required, which our engineers designed in an innovative way. And as always at enotech, it focuses on effectiveness and efficiency.

Dry ice cleaning robot

It was also possible to make use of our expertise dealing with the medium of carbon dioxide that is far from simple to use in further development projects: In 2011 we developed an innovative Robot for the fully automated cleaning of tyre moulds with dry ice. It cleans your industrial moulds automatically by means of an innovative dry ice blasting machine and particularly thoroughly due to the sensitive sensor systems in addition to the extraordinary mobility of the cleaning head.

A few words about us

It all began with an idea

Ice cold cleanliness

Cleaning tool moulds, especially in the tyre manufacturing sector, was not a clean business prior to 2001. enotech AG’s founder, Winfried Peschke, changed that: using the laser cleaning process, it was possible to remove dirt by means of laser pulses – without the use of chemicals and without additional waste materials, without damaging the substrate. The company name became our mission. enotech stands for environmental technology.

Just one year later, a second cleaning process was added, which is just as environmentally friendly because it works in a residue-free manner: in the form of the “dry ice blasting process”, in which frozen carbon dioxide is blown onto the surface to be cleaned at high speed and dirt flakes off. enotech very rapidly developed outstanding expertise concerning all aspects of dry ice that is also used as a coolant. In 2005, a novel dry ice press was developed, which has now been distributed worldwide since 2008.
